Requirements

Must have:

– I have at least 3 years of hands-on experience with the Jama Requirements Management platform. – I possess a strong understanding of requirements management methodologies and best practices. – I am a U.S. citizen due to export control requirements.

Responsibilities:

• I will lead the technical administration and architecture of the Jama Requirements Management platform. – I will provide expert-level support and consultation for Jama implementations across multiple business units. – I will design and implement integration solutions between Jama and other enterprise systems. – I will develop and maintain best practices for requirements management processes. – I will mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership for Jama-related initiatives.

I will operate and support the service, develop automation for upgrades, patching, and testing, and enhance the system’s observability. Collaborating with stakeholders and senior engineers, I will design and develop secure custom solutions and integrations with other tools and services. My team, KPE, builds and maintains the core productivity solutions that support Leo’s operations and engagements with business partners. We set a benchmark for operational excellence, ensuring our services scale seamlessly as the business expands while adhering to the highest security and regulatory compliance standards. The compensation for this position varies by location, ranging from $104,300/year in the lowest geographic market to $185,000/year in the highest. Factors such as market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience will influence the pay.
