Company:
I am part of Thales Canada, Defence & Security, contributing to Canadas National Shipbuilding Strategy (NSS) program by providing expertise as an IVVQ Test Specialist. The position is remote but involves daily onsite work at our clients location, Vancouver Shipyards, with anticipated extended travel to Victoria and some locations outside of British Columbia. The role requires navigating challenging environments, including shipyards and construction sites, which may be mandated for certain test events. While physical demands are minimal, some lifting of test and electronic equipment may be necessary in a lab or field setting. At Thales, I look forward to being part of a diverse and inclusive team. I am also excited by the extensive benefits program available to all full-time employees, encompassing health coverage, retirement savings plans, paid leave, and employee discounts. As an equal opportunity employer, we value accommodations and confidentiality throughout the interview process.
