Certify new voice carriers by testing various VoIP call flows using SIP Trunk connectivity
Troubleshoot call setup issues and work closely with partners to resolve them
Certify and test SIP-based voice applications including:
IP phones
Customer Premises Equipment (CPE)
Session Border Controllers (SBC)
Call switching platforms
Document test results, configurations, and certification outcomes
Contribute to process improvements and best practices for voice infrastructure validation
Extensive experience with VoIP/UC applications and protocols:
SIP (Session Initiation Protocol)
RTP (Real-Time Transport Protocol)
SDP (Session Description Protocol)
TLS (Transport Layer Security)
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Proficient in using packet analyzers for diagnostics and troubleshooting
Solid understanding of Linux OS and command-line interfaces
