We’re looking for team members with a One Team and Genuine Care mindset who are inspired to share the delight of the Tillamook brand with each other and others every day.What you will do: The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for the implementation, and ongoing administration of server infrastructure solutions across on-premises and cloud environments including a plant and office environment. This role ensures high system availability, robust security, and a stable operating environment.Here’s a day in the life:Hardware, Directory, Environment AdministrationAdminister and maintain corporate computing environments (Windows & Azure Active Directory)Manage VMware compute environmentsManage user accounts, permissions, and access controlsMaintain system performance and uptimeOversee hardware and software installationsAutomation & Operational EfficiencyAutomate routine tasks and hybrid workloads using Windows native tools and PowerShellMaintain automation scripts (PowerShell, Azure CLI, IaC tools) for operational efficiencyUse automation tools for deployment and updatesImprove operational workflows and reduce manual processesSystem Updates, Security & ComplianceOversee OS updates, compliance, and troubleshootingApply Azure security tools (Defender, Key Vault, etc.) to enforce policy and harden systemsEvaluate and recommend updates/tools to improve reliability and performanceApply security protocols and tools (antivirus, firewalls, etc.)Ensure compliance with standards and policiesMonitor for threats and vulnerabilitiesInfrastructure Projects, Data Integrity & DocumentationSupport data integrity and system migrationsParticipate in IT infrastructure upgrades and deploymentsAssist in developing IT standards, recovery plans, and documentationSupport data backup and disaster recoveryFamiliarity with ITIL / Agile methodologiesMaintain technical documentation and manualsTroubleshooting, Support & CollaborationPerform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of identified issuesRespond to after-hours IT issues (remote and on-site support)Provide technical support and training to usersBuild strong relationships with staff, leadership, and external partnersCollaborate with other IT and business teamsKnowledge, skills, and abilities: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience5 years supporting/managing IT infrastructure in multi-site, security-focused environmentsExperience with Active Directory, Windows Server, Group Policy, M365, and enterprise storagePowerShell scripting and automation expertiseExperience with VMware virtualizationStrong troubleshooting/problem-solving skillsExperience in PCI, SOX, or GAP compliant environmentsProficiency in Azure Active Directory and related Azure functionsEffective communicator with strong documentation/interpersonal skillsPreferred: Experience in manufacturing or production-oriented IT environmentsPreferred: Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, Windows Server)Preferred: VMware VCF / VVF certificationWeekend/evening work and after-hours emergency response as neededPhysical requirements: This position is primarily office-based, with the option to work remotelyRequires sitting, standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbsOccasional exposure to loud environments in production areasIndustry leading benefit and reward programs:We offer outstanding benefits to our employees.
