Who we are lookingThe IT Enterprise Change Manager is a critical role for State Street and responsible for development of ITIL V4 / ITSM based Enterprise IT Change Management Strategy, Governance Model, Processes, Transformation / Remediation Plan and associated controls and then drive that plan to conclusion. Upon completion of the transformation, she / he will initiate BAU IT Change Management functions that include day-to-day management of Governance, Change Operations, collaboration across IT departments/Business Units as well as the monitoring and maintenance of the IT Change Management review, transformation and ultimately the managing functions for policies, processes and controls.Why This Role is Important to usOur technology function, Global Technology Services (GTS), is vital to State Street and is the key enabler for our business to deliver data and insights to our clients.
