What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Implement, manage, and provide tier 3 support for NIST/CMMC compliance for GovCon and commercial clients
• Conduct ongoing management, monitoring, and investigation of cybersecurity systems and potential incidents
• Install, configure, and maintain cloud-based and on-premises networks and applications
• Provide remote and in-person technical support, incident response, and problem management for end-users
• Prepare technical documentation, including procedures, reports, and research findings

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 3-5 years of experience in computer systems support, cloud infrastructure setup/support, network administration, and network installation/configuration
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Intune, EntraID, and Microsoft Defender (ATP)
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently without direct supervision
• Experience with Active Directory and Windows Servers

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• CompTIA Security+ and Network+ certifications
• Cybersecurity experience within the Department of Defense (DoD)
• Knowledge of NIST/CMMC compliance processes
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration, Intune, and Azure EntraID (AD)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services
