Investment Banking Analyst/Senior Analyst

Company Description:

Hill View Partners specializes in Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Sales/Exits, and Capital Advisory services for middle-market and lower middle-market companies generating $1 Million to $20 Million in EBITDA.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Investment Banking Analyst or Senior Analyst. The candidate will be responsible for supporting all transactions from engagement through closing, inclusive of writing, research, financial analysis, and broader deal stewardship and management. The candidate will collaborate closely with clients and the Hill View team to ensure successful deal execution.

Qualifications:

• Strong Writing and Research Skills
• Strong Interpersonal, Communication, and Organizational Skills
• The Ability to Independently Accomplish Objectives and Manage Priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
• 1-3 Years Previous experience in a Related or Adjacent Field

Important Notes:

• This is a primarily in-office position – Will be long hours and will very often include weekend work (Saturdays, not Sundays)
• Candidates must be based in Rhode Island, with ties to Rhode Island, and no intention of leaving Rhode Island in the foreseeable future
