Inventory Control Reconciler

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to ensure accurate inventory management across ERP and 3PL systems.

• Conduct inventory audits, cycle counts, and verify physical and system records
• Process and reconcile ERP transactions and 3PL movements
• Analyze discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Complete month-end inventory closures and support billing accuracy
• Maintain documentation and reporting of inventory activities
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to optimize inventory flow

Key skills include inventory control experience, ERP familiarity, data analysis, and strong communication.

The role requires attention to detail, accountability, adaptability, and the ability to work both independently and with teams. It involves data-focused tasks and physical presence on the warehouse floor as needed.

Tools used include ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and logistics platforms.
