**About Storytime** Storytime is a creator marketing platform that connects restaurants and local businesses with influencers to run authentic, high-impact campaigns.

*The Role* We’re looking for a Customer Success Intern to join our team for the summer. You’ll play a hands-on role in onboarding new restaurant and business clients onto the Storytime platform, helping them get set up, see early value, and build confidence in the product.

*What You’ll Work On* – Guiding new restaurant and business clients through the onboarding process end-to-end

  • Conducting onboarding calls and check-ins to ensure clients are set up for success

  • Maintaining accurate records of client status and progress in our CRM

  • Identifying and flagging common onboarding friction points to improve the process

  • Collaborating with the product and operations team to resolve client issues quickly

  • Helping build and refine onboarding materials, guides, and templates

*What We’re Looking For* – Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — comfortable on the phone and in writing

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • A customer-first mindset and genuine interest in helping clients succeed

  • Comfort in a fast-paced startup environment where things move quickly

*Nice to Have* – Prior experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, support, etc.)

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

  • Interest in creator economy, restaurant industry, or local marketing
