services and expand its office presence geographically Your Impact Crozier is seeking an Intermediate Hydrogeologist to join one of our offices in Collingwood Guelph or Burlington This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects supporting land development municipal infrastructure and environmental investigations while taking increasing responsibility for technical delivery field leadership and client support You will work closely with civil water resources and environmental professionals contributing hydrogeological expertise throughout the project lifecycle How you will contribute to the team Hydrogeological & Field Work Plan and execute hydrogeological investigations including groundwater monitoring sampling and level measurementsborehole logging and oversight of drilling and well installations slug and pumping tests and data interpretationSupervise field programs coordinate subcontractors and ensure adherence to health and safety requirementsMaintain accurate field notes data records and QAQC proceduresAnalysis & Reporting Interpret hydrogeological and hydrochemical data and develop conceptual site modelsPrepare technical reports and supporting documentation including hydrogeological and groundwater impact assessmentsdewatering assessments and monitoring plansgroundwater monitoring and compliance reportsSupport groundwater related components of multidisciplinary engineering projectsRegulatory & Client Support Support permitting and regulatory submissions related to groundwater and dewatering as applicableLiaise with municipalities conservation authorities and regulatory agenciesAssist with proposal preparation scope development and cost estimatingCollaborate closely with internal teams to deliver integrated practical solutionsMentorship & Collaboration Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staffContribute to a collaborative team environment aligned with Croziers values and cultureWhat you bring Bachelors degree in Hydrogeology Environmental ScienceEngineering or a related disciplineProfessional PGeo designation with Professional Geoscientists Ontario PGO or Professional PEng designation with the Professional Engineers Ontario PEO or eligible to register as a PGeo or PEng4 8 years or relevant consulting experience in hydrogeologyenvironmental projectsWorking knowledge of Ontarios hydrogeological and environmental regulatory environment Working knowledge of groundwater monitoring and sampling methodsaquifer testing slugpumping and interpretationdrilling and well installation practiceshydrogeological reporting standards and QAQCStrong communication organization and problem solving skillsStrong technical writing skills and experience preparing clear defensible technical reports for clients and regulators Experience with dewatering assessments and construction related hydrogeologyFamiliarity with ArcGIS AutoCAD andor groundwater modelling tools Valid Class G Ontario
