Financial Grade is a leading Field Marketing Organization (FMO), and our Senior Consultants provide licensed independent Medicare insurance agents with our FMO tools and guidance needed to succeed in the Medicare market.

The Insurance Licensing Associate is an entry-level administrative support role responsible for assisting with the onboarding, licensing, contracting, and ongoing compliance of Financial Grade agents and agencies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist with processing agent contracting packets and enrollment applications.
  • Support tracking agent licensing statuses to ensure appointments and renewals remain current.
  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems and logs.
  • Communicate with agents to gather documentation and provide updates.
  • Prepare and submit documentation to carriers.
  • Support acquisition of new state licenses.
  • Assist with annual certification tracking.
  • Provide administrative support for shipping agent kits and materials.
  • Update contracting and licensing training materials.
  • Support incoming communication routing.
  • Participate in team meetings and process improvement.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required, Associate’s or bachelor’s preferred.
  • Administrative or customer service experience preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Ability to learn CRM and carrier portals.

Working Conditions

  • Stationary role, operating a computer and office equipment.
  • Light lifting (up to 25 lbs.).
  • Office environment with occasional movement within the workspace.
