OverviewEgan Company is seeking candidates for an Inside Account Manager The position is located in Champlin MN The Inside Account Manager is responsible for supporting Customers Technicians and direct support to Leadership Dispatch and Account Manager teams ResponsibilitiesThe basic responsibilities of the Inside Account Manager include but are not limited to the following Direct Support to Service Account Managers and Field in ServiceFacilitate proposals to customers for repairs and small projects under the direction of the account managers or field staffManage components of quotesrepairsservice calls to includeNotify Dispatch and Sales Team of parts arrival Purchasing of equipment and materialObtain Proper licensing permitting insurance COI W9 or Bond RequestsIssue Manage and Coordinate Subcontractor Purchase Orders with Dispatch and Sales Maintainverify current pricebook of stock items from our vendorsAssist with Technician record keeping such as licenses profiles training etcFacilitate with warehouse staff on tracking of incoming parts and equipment Working with account managers and vendors on equipment or parts returnsWorking with account managers and vendors on parts warranties Process permit requestsOrganize submit and track RPZFire Inspections for Egan Company utilizing appropriate software systems and databases Manage stock refrigerant and reclaim tanks including delivery and pick up of tanksProcess Equipment Rebates for any and all service related offerings such as boiler LED lighting and new equipmentDirect Support for Egan Customer Portal and Copper Integration including payment processing on a customers behalfMaintain exceptional communication and time management skills in a high paced customer service environmentProviding a high level of detail to support customer record keepingPromote all service offerings mechanical plumbing electrical building automation fire security systems and monitoringSupport Account Managers in managing their collectiblesSupport Accounting with backup documentation per customer or contract billingSupport and administer department focused projects Attend required meetingsAll other duties as assignedPosition RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED required Bachelors degree preferred2 years of sales or sales related experience preferably within mechanical electrical or limited energyQualificationsStrong desire to learn sales and estimating processes and procedures including equipment and parts orderingAbility to present to both internal and external groupsAbility to learn and promote other areas of the businessProficient in the use of standard office computer programs such as Microsoft Office and Google SuiteStrong organizational skills to deal with competing customer needsDemonstrated ability to develop strong relationshipsAbility to work independently with minimum supervisionAbility to work in Fast Paced High Task Volume environment Strong desire to grow professionally and to learn and retain technical informationWorking ConditionsPerformance of duties will be in the office with occasional need to visit customer or job sites Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of timeExposure to loud noise dirt and exposure to the elements are to be expected on job sitesClimbing laddersstairs uneven ground bending kneeling and twisting are to be
