Key Responsibilities
Program Management
o Drive end-to-end delivery Zscaler-related programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
o Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans.
o Manage stakeholder communication, status reporting, and risk mitigation.Technical Leadership
o Oversee Zscaler deployment and integration with enterprise systems.
o Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.Process Governance
o Define and enforce governance frameworks for lifecycle management.
o Establish KPIs and metrics to measure program success and security posture.Cross-Functional Collaboration
o Partner with IT, Security, and Business units to align technical solutions with organizational goals.
o Facilitate workshops and training sessions for stakeholders.Required Skills Qualifications
Education Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.Experience
o 7 years in technical program management or cybersecurity leadership roles.
o Proven expertise in Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA).Technical Knowledge
o Strong understanding of Zero Trust principles, identity federation, and cloud security.
o Familiarity with networking concepts (VPN, proxy, firewalls).Soft Skills
o Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
o Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Certifications CISM, CISSP, PMP, Zscaler Certified Professional, or equivalent.
