• Hands-on experience developing in ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR); experience with Security Incident Response (SIR) is a plus
• Skilled in customizing and optimizing VR beyond out-of-tperson-box configurations
• Capable of advising tperson business on inadvisable development requests and proposing better alternatives
• Develop, configure, and customize tperson ServiceNow VR module to meet business and security needs
• Integrate VR with vulnerability data sources such as Tenable, Qualys, and Veracode using MID Servers, APIs, and data connectors
• Create custom connections to additional data sources like Arnica and SonarQube

• Collaborate with Security Operations, ITSM, CMDB, and Governance teams for end-to-end lifecycle integration
• Create and maintain technical documentation including design specs, workflows, and user guides
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance of VR-related applications
• Ensure compliance with best practices, data privacy, and security standards
• Skilled in MEAN stack technologies (MongoDB, Express.js, AngularJS, Node.js)
