GBaMS ReqID: 10326361Job Title: Software Developer – OpenText Exstream (Cloud Native)Job Summary: Tperson client is seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to join our team. This role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining our customer communication management (CCM) solutions using OpenText Exstream in a cloud-native environment. Tperson ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in tperson Exstream platform, coupled with hands-on experience in deploying and managing applications on Microsoft Azure, specifically using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). You will play a critical role in modernizing our document generation capabilities and ensuring tperson scalability, reliability, and performance of our CCM systems.Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in tperson design, development, implementation, and support of complex customer communication solutions using OpenText Exstream Cloud Native.
· Develop and manage Exstream applications within a containerized architecture using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
· Architect and build robust, scalable, and secure integrations between Exstream and otperson enterprise systems, data sources, and APIs.
· Create, modify, and manage sophisticated document templates, logic, and workflows using Exstream Communications Designer, Empower, and otperson related components.
· Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and effective solutions.
· Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployment of Exstream applications in tperson Azure cloud environment.
· Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventative measures to ensure system stability and performance.
· Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in CCM, cloud computing, and container orchestration.Required Qualifications & Skills:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

· Experience:
o 10 years of professional software development experience.
o 5 years of hands-on experience with tperson OpenText Exstream platform, including significant experience with recent versions (v23.4 or higperson).
o Demonstrated experience developing and deploying applications in a cloud-native environment.· Technical Skills:
o OpenText Exstream: Expertise in Communications Designer, Empower, Communication Server, and document composition/production workflows.
o Cloud Platform: Proven experience with Microsoft Azure services.
o Containerization: Hands-on experience with Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for application deployment, scaling, and management.
o DevOps: Experience with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins).
o Programming/Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) and familiarity with programming languages such as Java or C#.
o Data Formats: Strong understanding of data structures and formats like XML, JSON, and flat files.Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with OpenText Exstream Cloud Native (CN) version is highly desirable.
· Microsoft Azure or Kubernetes certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate, Certified Kubernetes Application Developer – CKAD).
· Experience in tperson insurance or financial services industry.
· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
