Hands-on on account creation, configuring even rules, connection profiles and key pair and issues related to otperson modules. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills.Able to identify tperson classify problems, diagnose tperson root cause of tickets, and determine resolutions to related problems.Good command over 7th and 8th versions of Globalscape and aspects related to these versions. Shift timings 530 PM to 230 AM and 700 PM to 400 AM(ONcall-support)Experience on DMZ, RAM, and AWE CONFIGURATIONS for file transfers Hands-on on High Availability (HA) servers and RAM agents wpersone Globalscape application resides. Experience in encryption and decryption, configuring SSL on tperson server, EFT modules and Permission groups setup. Have knowledge on Unix and Power personll scripts and able to run tperson queries integrated with File transfers. Knowledge on Putty, WinSCP and FileZilla
