Job Description: You’ll play a crucial role in managing and scaling influencer marketing operations for multiple creator programs. This position offers the perfect opportunity to work with established processes while contributing to the growth of innovative content programs. You’ll be responsible for maintaining high-quality creator relationships and ensuring content standards that meet strict B2B client requirements, all while working with a collaborative, remote-first team.Client Overview:Join a dynamic, creative technology company building innovative influencer marketing programs at scale.   • Mondays to Fridays, flexible during the client’s business hours (US Pacific Time, 40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily influencer outreach activities using the provided templates and established guidelines
  • Review and evaluate creator applications through systematic acceptance/rejection processes
  • Manage professional communications with accepted and rejected influencers using template messages
  • Assess Instagram accounts and social media profiles to determine program fit and quality standards
  • Evaluate submitted video content for acceptance or rejection based on copyright guidelines and quality rubrics
  • Maintain organized spreadsheets tracking influencer applications, program participants, and content submissions
  • Ensure timely responses to creator communications within established timeframes
  • Follow detailed processes and quality rubrics consistently to maintain content standards
  • Support two distinct creator programs with different requirements and creator types

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail for reviewing social media profiles and video content quality
  • Excellent written communication skills for professional correspondence
  • Experience with spreadsheet management and data organization systems
  • Understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and creator ecosystems
  • Ability to follow detailed processes, guidelines, and quality rubrics consistently
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently during specified hours
  • Bonus if you have experience with influencer marketing or creator relationship management
  • It helps if you’re familiar with copyright considerations and content moderation practices

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
