Description We’re looking for a driven, high-energy Sales Representative to help expand our footprint in the industrial hose market. In this role, you’ll take ownership of growing the Snap-tite product line within your territory by uncovering new opportunities, building strong customer partnerships, and bringing strategic, solution-based selling to the field. Requirements

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across industrial sectors, including manufacturing, oil & gas, chemical processing, and distribution partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and deliver tailored hose and fluid transfer solutions that meet specific application and performance needs.
  • Partner with the District Sales Manager to execute strategic sales initiatives and drive territory growth within the industrial market.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and on-site training to ensure proper application, performance, and value of Snap-tite solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity, customer interactions, and market intelligence within the CRM.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by aggressively pursuing new accounts while expanding relationships with existing customers.
  • Represent Snap-tite at trade shows, industry events, and customer visits to strengthen brand presence and generate new opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, production, and customer service teams to deliver a seamless and responsive customer experience.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and evolving customer needs to effectively position solutions in the market.

Work environment

  • Extensive Travel within assigned territory and trade shows.
  • Periodic weekend or evening work as needed.

Physical demands

  • Up to 20lbs of force exerted occasionally.
  • Up to 15lbs frequently
  • Significant sitting

Travel Required.

  • Travel to trade shows and exhibitions as directed.
  • Will be expected to travel frequently for customer and company meetings.

Required Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience preferably in manufacturing or similar industry.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in outside sales required.
  • Must possess a valid drivers license with no major driving violations.

Preferred Education And Experience

  • Previous working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Dynamics
  • Previous experience in contract negotiations
