Position: Industrial Parts Sales Manager

Location: Golden, CO

Type: Direct Hire

Compensation: $80K – $85K

Contractor Work Model: Onsite

System One is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Industrial Parts Sales Manager to support our client and lead sales initiatives within their parts department. In this role, you will be the key driver in expanding customer relationships, providing exceptional service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our parts sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the parts sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals with enthusiasm and a results-oriented mindset.

  • Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

  • Provide expert guidance on parts selection, availability, and technical specifications to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Manage inventory levels effectively to meet demand while minimizing excess stock.

  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer interactions are positive and professional.

  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations, improve service delivery, and resolve customer issues promptly.

  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of management experience overseeing industrial parts operations.

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the Cooling Tower Construction and/or Industrial parts industry, with a strong track record of meeting targets.

  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.

  • Strong communication abilities to clearly explain product features and benefits.

  • Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of inventory management systems (Vista ViewPoint) and basic computer skills.

  • A proactive attitude with a passion for helping customers find the right solutions.
