Monday — Friday
3:00 PM — 1:30 AM
Position Summary
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. This role plays a key part in minimizing downtime, supporting production efficiency, and ensuring a safe and clean work environment.
Primary Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair production equipment including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Maintain and service conveyor systems, packaging equipment, grinding machines, and stacking equipment

Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections based on scheduled maintenance programs

Assist with installation and setup of new machinery and equipment

Perform light welding and basic steel fabrication as needed

Inspect equipment, identify issues, and make necessary adjustments

Support troubleshooting efforts to diagnose equipment malfunctions

Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs

Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Required Skills & Experience

Prior industrial or maintenance experience required

Manufacturing environment experience preferred

Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical components, hydraulics, and pneumatics

Ability to read numbers, product descriptions, and maintain written records

Basic math skills and ability to monitor equipment controls

Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, bend, twist, kneel, squat, and reach for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
