  • Operate, monitor, and service production equipment to sustain optimal throughput and quality.
  • Conduct routine inspections; identify issues; perform troubleshooting and corrective actions.
  • Apply SOPs to maintain consistent processes and product quality.
  • Support equipment setup, tooling installation, and calibration activities.
  • Record process parameters, maintenance actions, and production outcomes accurately.
  • Partner with cross-functional teammates to improve efficiency and safety culture.
  • Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives to advance skills and processes.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; additional technical training/certifications preferred.
  • 1–3 years in manufacturing or a comparable technical environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and methodical problem-solving ability.
  • Comfort reading technical documents, schematics, and equipment manuals.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and best practices.
  • Effective communication and collaborative team orientation.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when required.
