- Operate, monitor, and service production equipment to sustain optimal throughput and quality.
- Conduct routine inspections; identify issues; perform troubleshooting and corrective actions.
- Apply SOPs to maintain consistent processes and product quality.
- Support equipment setup, tooling installation, and calibration activities.
- Record process parameters, maintenance actions, and production outcomes accurately.
- Partner with cross-functional teammates to improve efficiency and safety culture.
- Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives to advance skills and processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; additional technical training/certifications preferred.
- 1–3 years in manufacturing or a comparable technical environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and methodical problem-solving ability.
- Comfort reading technical documents, schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and best practices.
- Effective communication and collaborative team orientation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when required.
