What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Serve as a patient advocate to resolve questions or concerns
- Collect patient information and input data into the e-Intake system
- Verify products and services for accuracy and compliance
- Manage high-volume inbound phone calls for initial intake of CPAP resupply customers
- Provide basic technical support and education on CPAP equipment and supplies
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Valid driver’s license in state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable)
- Background check and drug screening compliance
- Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations accurately
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with medical equipment
- Familiarity with medical billing practices and reimbursement
- One year of related work experience in the medical field
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience in administrative record management
