What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as a patient advocate to resolve questions or concerns
• Collect patient information and input data into the e-Intake system
• Verify products and services for accuracy and compliance
• Manage high-volume inbound phone calls for initial intake of CPAP resupply customers
• Provide basic technical support and education on CPAP equipment and supplies

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable)
• Background check and drug screening compliance
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations accurately

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with medical equipment
• Familiarity with medical billing practices and reimbursement
• One year of related work experience in the medical field
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Experience in administrative record management
