What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Serve as the first line of contact for CPAP resupply customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns
- Process new order intake, ensuring accuracy with product selection and patient information
- Assist customers with basic sleep coaching and equipment maintenance instructions
- Maintain knowledge of current Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance regulations relevant to sleep therapy
- Utilize proprietary systems to ensure quality control and accuracy during initial patient contact
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
- Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations accurately
- Must pass background check and drug screening where applicable
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with medical equipment and medical billing practices
- One year of related work experience in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience in administrative record management
- Prior exposure to the medical field
