What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as the first line of contact for CPAP resupply customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns
• Process new order intake, ensuring accuracy with product selection and patient information
• Assist customers with basic sleep coaching and equipment maintenance instructions
• Maintain knowledge of current Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance regulations relevant to sleep therapy
• Utilize proprietary systems to ensure quality control and accuracy during initial patient contact

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations accurately
• Must pass background check and drug screening where applicable

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with medical equipment and medical billing practices
• One year of related work experience in a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Experience in administrative record management
• Prior exposure to the medical field
