What You’ll Do (Own the Game):

• Close high-value company provided leads
• Additional compensation for prospecting, networking, and self-generated opportunities.
• Connect with homeowners, understand their needs, and pitch tailored solutions that showcase Crawlspace Ninja’s game-changing products.
• Demo our cutting-edge waterproofing and crawlspace repair solutions with confidence, turning prospects into raving fans.
• Build lasting client relationships, ensuring 5-star satisfaction and repeat business.
• Keep the pipeline hot with regular updates on new products and services to existing and past clients.
• Own your territory with detailed sales reports, forecasts, and strategic insights using our CRM.
• Earn a company vehicle with fuel card once your monthly sales target is achieved.
• Paid training period up-front, then draw pay period if requested.
• 100% commission pay after training (highest in market)
• Hours and vacation time are flexible within reason
• Tools and technology provided

• You will be going through crawlspaces to take photos, measurements, and accurately scope the project.
• This may include interaction with spiders, mice (dead or alive), darkness, confined spaces, and mud.

• Bonus points for experience in home improvement, construction, or in-home B2C sales.
• Transferrable industry sales experience: HVAC, retail roofing, kitchen and bath remodels, windows + doors, car dealerships
