What You’ll Do

  • Map and digitize real-world housing development and loan closeout workflows.
  • Lead customer implementations, onboarding, and platform configuration.
  • Use, configure, and optimize cutting-edge AI tools to deliver measurable results.
  • Use data and analytics (SQL, BI tools) to measure performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to refine and scale platform capabilities.
  • Build repeatable playbooks to drive efficient, data-driven implementations.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–8 years in implementation, operations, or process design, ideally in real estate, construction tech, fintech, or SaaS.
  • Strong data and analytics skills — SQL or BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
  • Experience using, configuring, and optimizing AI-driven tools to deliver business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to translate manual workflows into automated systems.
  • U.S.-based with familiarity in housing development or real estate finance.
  • Bonus: early-stage startup experience, construction draw management, or loan servicing background.
