The Opportunity:
The ABMS-DI ICAM Access Management Engineering Team Member will play a key role in delivering Access Management solutions supporting the ABMS Digital Infrastructure (DI). This position focuses on engineering, development, and operational support of Identity and Access Management (ICAM) capabilities, working closely with team leads, leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners to deliver secure, scalable access management solutions aligned with DoD and Intelligence Community requirements.Responsibilities: Provide Access Management–focused development and engineering expertise for the ABMS Access Management Development teamParticipate in technical and programmatic meetings to support achievement of decision pointsCoordinate effectively between internal teams and third-party partnersDeliver on the engineering direction for Access Management capabilities in accordance with guidance from Team Leads and LeadershipCollaborate with team members and external partners on technical design, implementation, and integrationProvide troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem determination as requiredSupport DevOps and CI/CD pipelines related to Access Management servicesQualifications: Required: Active TS/SCI clearance (required)7+ years overall Information Technology experience4+ years Java application development experience4+ years experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines2+ years experience with Keycloak, Open Policy Agent (OPA), or similar Access Management softwareExperience with: Identity Management and Access Management, Linux / UNIX environments, CI/CD pipeline creation and integration, Active Directory and LDAP, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, and SAML, Shell scripting, Python, or similar “glue” programming languages, IPv4 networking fundamentalsCryptographic concepts, including: Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Symmetric and asymmetric encryption, Hash algorithms, Cryptographic authentication, Relational databasesFamiliarity with DoD / Intelligence Community information security requirementsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to travel up to 25%Desired: Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community ICAM programsExperience with enterprise-scale Access Management implementationsPrior collaboration with multiple vendors and third-party solution providersExposure to ABMS, DI, or large-scale defense modernization efforts-What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
