What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Ensure compliance with CMMC Level 2 and NIST SP 800-171 frameworks
• Develop compliance documentation and support audits
• Monitor and analyze security events and logs to detect and respond to threats
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement remediation plans
• Provide cybersecurity training and awareness campaigns across the organization

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in IT or cybersecurity roles
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards, such as CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, or ISO 27001
• Proficient in CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA A+
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH
