Human Resources Generalist
About the Role
SupplyPoint is looking for an HR Generalist to support our manufacturing facility in RTP. This is a high-ownership role, you’ll be embedded in the operation, partnering directly with production, the warehouse team and facility management on everything from employee relations and compliance to recruiting, onboarding, engagement and day-to-day HR administration. The scope is broad and the pace is real. You’ll function as the HR presence on the floor, and the expectation is that you’ll grow as the function scales.
What You’ll Do
• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for the RTP manufacturing facility across production, assembly, warehouse, and operations functions
• Handle employee relations matters end-to-end, investigations, corrective action, performance conversations, and terminations with consistency and airtight documentation
• Partner with supervisors on workforce planning, attendance management, and day-to-day people issues
• Own full-cycle recruiting for facility roles: postings, screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding
• Administer and maintain employee records in SAP SuccessFactors and Dayforce; own data integrity across both systems
• Support payroll processing in Dayforce including timecard review, exception resolution, and escalations
• Co-Manage FMLA, leaves of absence, accommodations, and workers’ compensation claims in compliance with federal and state requirements
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment law; flag risk proactively
• Apply HR policies consistently and identify gaps worth fixing
• Support annual cycles including performance reviews, compensation planning, and benefits open enrollment
• Keep documentation and records audit-ready at all times
What You Bring
Required
• Genuine people skills, comfortable on the floor, trusted by hourly workers and supervisors alike, and able to build relationships across every level of the operation
• A culture driver who takes ownership of the employee experience, not just the compliance checklist
• 3 years of HR generalist experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environment
• Solid HRIS and HCM literacy, you’ve lived in a system, understand how the data flows, and can get up to speed on a new platform without being led through it
• Exceptional attention to detail; documentation, compliance records, and system data
• Solid working knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, and North Carolina employment law
• Clear, direct communicator, in writing and in person, with employees at every level
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a shift-based, fast-moving environment
Preferred
• Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors and/or Dayforce
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification
