driven decision making for a federal customer This role is ideal for an experienced data professional who can work across large HR datasets build executive level dashboards develop predictive models and translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for leadership The successful candidate will combine strong SQL PythonRSAS data visualization and statistical modeling skills with the ability to automate workflows and support emerging AIML capabilities within a Human Capital environment Seniority of this role MID to SENIOR Clearance Required for this role TSSCI willing to take a CI polygraph Requirements Bachelors degree or higher in Data Science Statistics Mathematics Computer Science Information Systems Economics or a related disciplineMinimum 4 years of experience in data analysis and modelingMinimum 3 years of experience developing automated dashboards preferably for executive level audiencesMinimum 3 years of SQL database querying experienceMinimum 2 years of experience with Python R SAS or a comparable scriptingdata manipulation languageMinimum 3 years of experience working with large and complex datasets including datasets of 1M recordsExperience integrating data from multiple systems or data sourcesAdvanced experience with data visualization and business intelligence platforms such as Tableau or Power BIExperience automating data processes and analytical workflowsStrong communication skills with the ability to explain complex analytical findings to non technical audiencesActive TSSCI clearancePreferred Qualifications Experience working with federal HRIS platforms such as PeopleSoft Oracle HCM or WorkdayKnowledge of federal data governance privacy and security requirementsAt least 2 years of experience with Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning or Large Language ModelsFormal AIML training or demonstrated experience applying AI tools to analytical workflowsPrevious experience supporting Human Capital workforce analytics or HR data environmentsResponsibilities Analyze complex workforce and Human Capital data to identify trends risks and opportunitiesDevelop and maintain automated executive level HR dashboards and reporting solutionsBuild and enhance statistical and predictive models to support workforce planning and HR decision makingQuery clean normalize and integrate large datasets from multiple HR systemsDevelop SQL queries and use scripting languages such as Python R or SAS for data manipulation and analysisAutomate recurring data processes reporting and analytical workflowsSupport data quality validation migration and integration activities in coordination with IT teamsApply AI Machine Learning and Large Language Model technologies to improve HR analytics and automate complex analytical tasksCreate data visualizations and business intelligence products using tools such as Tableau or Power BIPresent analytical findings and data driven recommendations to senior leaders and non technical
