Role Overview

Apply HR expertise to evaluate talent management processes, compliance scenarios, and workforce operations across structured use cases.

$45–$65/hour | Flexible hours | Remote

Key Responsibilities

  • Review HR outputs including job descriptions, compensation benchmarks, and policy interpretations
  • Evaluate workflows across hiring, performance management, and workforce planning cycles
  • Validate HR data across areas such as benefits, employee relations, and HR operations
  • Assess compliance alignment with employment regulations and HR standards
  • Provide structured, actionable feedback to improve output quality and consistency

Core Requirements

  • Strong understanding of core HR functions including recruiting, compensation, and employee relations
  • Familiarity with employment regulations and HR compliance frameworks
  • Ability to translate HR workflows into structured evaluation scenarios
  • High attention to detail with consistent analytical judgment
  • Clear, concise written communication and documentation skills

Additional Strengths

  • Experience with HR systems or workforce management tools
  • Exposure to organizational development or learning initiatives
  • Professional HR certification or equivalent domain expertise
