Job Description Human Resources Manager / Administrator with Payroll Experience – Stone Mountain – Mid $90sVideo Overview -The ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS for this role includes the daily HR operations including benefits administration, training and development and overall administrative management of the office.
- Developing and maintaining human resource processes and procedures.
- Managing Internal Recruiting and Onboarding
- Assume administrative oversite of customer service.
- Assume the role of office manager and perform related duties and responsibilities.
- The client is looking for someone with 7 – 9 experience in a manufacturing environment operating as a Business Partner or HR generalist
- A PHR or SPHR is certification preferred
- And Experience in employee relations, organizational development & planning, talent management, and compensation/rewards.
- The salary for the role is up to the 90s plus excellent benefits.
