About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior HR Generalist to join our team remotely within the United States. This role will support our global Commercial organization, encompassing Sales, Business Development, and various divisions including Commercial Engine Services, Military, Helicopter, and Energy. As a Senior HR Generalist, you will act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, bridging the gap between business needs and HR initiatives. You will collaborate closely with business leaders and the VP of HR to develop and execute talent strategies, support revenue-generating functions, and ensure a consistent, high-quality employee experience across regions. Your expertise will be vital in managing employee relations, organizational design, workforce planning, and implementing HR programs aligned with our company’s growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience supporting specific business functions such as Sales, Commercial, or Corporate teams
  • Experience supporting globally distributed teams or international organizations
  • Proven experience working within a matrixed organizational structure
  • Demonstrated ability to manage employee relations issues and conduct workplace investigations
  • Proficiency in utilizing HR data and metrics to inform decision-making
  • Ability to travel up to 25% to customer or business locations within the U.S.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic liaison between the business and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure HR programs are aligned with business priorities
  • Collaborate with the VP of HR and regional HR teams to ensure effective execution of HR initiatives at local levels
  • Serve as the primary HR partner to Commercial and Sales leaders, supporting organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management strategies
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Lead employee relations issues and investigations, balancing organizational needs with risk mitigation
  • Coach leaders on performance improvement, talent development, and effective team leadership in a global, matrixed environment
  • Support change management initiatives aligned with business growth and transformation efforts
  • Partner with Compensation and COEs to administer HR programs such as merit reviews, incentive plans, and job evaluations
  • Utilize HR metrics and people analytics to identify trends, inform strategies, and support continuous improvement
  • Assist with talent reviews, succession planning, recruitment efforts, and employee engagement activities while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies
