About The Role We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist to join our team in Dayton, Ohio. In this role, the HR Generalist will take the lead on recruiting and onboarding efforts while also supporting broader HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless onboarding process, and supporting various HR functions that contribute to a positive workplace culture. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with a focus on recruiting and onboarding processes.
  • Solid understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance standards.
  • Experience working with HRIS and ATS systems to manage employee data and recruitment workflows.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and employees alike.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including creating job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
  • Lead and continuously improve the onboarding process to ensure new employees are welcomed, well-informed, and equipped for success from day one.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, supporting HRIS data integrity and reporting requirements.
  • Handle day-to-day HR activities such as benefits administration, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and support efforts to foster a positive and inclusive company culture.
  • Assist in updating and enforcing HR policies, ensuring alignment with legal standards and organizational objectives.
  • Support management in addressing employee concerns and facilitating effective communication across teams.
