Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR/Admin Assistant located in Rio Vista, CA. The HR/Admin Assistant will handle daily administrative tasks, support executive staff, and maintain efficient office operations. Responsibilities include managing phone communications, document organization, assisting with clerical duties, and supporting human resources activities. The position requires attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to support office operations and leadership
  • Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to handle internal and external correspondence effectively
  • Advanced Clerical Skills, including document management, filing, and organization
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality in a professional setting
  • Proficiency with office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Experience in HR support or related tasks is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or human resources are advantageous
