Key Responsibilities

Hands-On ADL Support — Safely assist transfers, bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility—always protecting dignity.

Home Environment & Infection Control — Change linens, do light laundry, and maintain a hazard-free, sanitized space.

Medication & Symptom Monitoring — Provide reminders, observe for changes, and document vitals or red-flag signs for your supervising nurse.

Therapeutic Engagement — Read aloud, reminisce, guide range-of-motion exercises, or accompany short walks to boost mental and physical wellness.

Accurate Documentation — Record care notes, progress, and concerns in our digital charting system before each shift ends.
What You’ll Need to Succeed

Minimum 1 year of paid home-health or hospice experience.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to reach clients’ homes.

CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
