Your role in detail:

  • Utilize our unique platform and your personal network to identify potential healthcare candidates
  • Initiate contact with candidates to share MLR opportunities and assess their interest
  • Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruiters for thorough evaluations
  • Follow up with prospects to sustain their interest and assist them throughout the hiring experience
  • Ensure accurate and updated records in our applicant tracking system
  • Earn commission by means of scheduled meetings, interviews taking place, and successful hires arising from your engagement

Requirements for success:
