What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Customer Service Representatives to meet productivity and quality goals
• Monitor daily call activity and ensure service standards are met
• Handle escalated patient concerns regarding billing, claims, and insurance inquiries
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company confidentiality standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, peers, and clients to maintain high service levels

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or GED required; additional education preferred
• 2-5 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience
• 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, Workers’ Compensation, and liability claims
• Proven experience working in high-volume, multi-system environments

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• EPIC experience strongly preferred
• Bilingual skills are a plus
