Health Information Specialist I

About the Opportunity:

The organization operates a health data platform that facilitates secure, accessible, and usable health data exchange across a large and diverse network in the U.S. The role supports medical record requests and information management to enable timely healthcare decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Work full-time Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30 PM EST

• Handle medical record requests in a high-volume production environment

• Take calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys to provide medical status updates

• Document information across multiple platforms using two computer monitors

Requirements:

• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume production environment

• Experience managing and documenting medical information using multiple platforms

Compensation:

• Estimated base pay range per hour: $15 to $18.32 USD
