DIBS Beauty is looking for a Head of Digital Growth to lead the next phase of our digital expansion — driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across DIBSBeauty.com, TikTok Shop, and emerging channels. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will own our end-to-end digital ecosystem, combining strategy, performance marketing, and experience optimization to accelerate growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy

  • Own and evolve the company’s digital strategy, with a focus on growth, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Manage the digital team (web development, UX/UI, SEO, SEM, CX, Retention and Paid) to deliver a world-class web experience and fostering professional growth for team members
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Development, Finance and Influencer teams to align digital initiatives with business goals and sales targets.
  • Budget Ownership Optimization: Manage and optimize large-scale budgets across all growth channels, ensuring efficient allocation and a balance between short-term performance and long-term growth.

Digital Experience & Website Management

  • Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of the company’s website to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions on both Dibsbeauty.com and TikTok Shop (and any future digital channels).
  • Ensure the website delivers a best-in-class, scalable, and user-friendly experience across mobile and desktop.
  • Oversee SEO GEO/SEM, site architecture, UX, analytics, personalization, and localization strategies.

Growth & Performance Marketing

  • Overseeing the development and scaling of customer acquisition across paid social [Meta, TikTok, Pinterest], PPC, display and other advertising channels while maximizing for efficiency and scale. Identify and test emerging platforms, partnerships, and acquisition opportunities—including new ad formats.
  • Lead experimentation and testing (A/B, multivariate) to optimize conversion rates and user journeys.
  • Collaborate on paid media and organic campaigns to maximize ROI and customer acquisition.
  • Own retention channels [email/SMS/loyalty] and subscriptions to drive LTV at every stage of the funnel and fostering engagement and retention with customers to .com

Data & Insights

  • Define and monitor KPIs for digital performance, growth initiatives, and website health.
  • Leverage analytics to drive continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
  • Report results and insights regularly to executive leadership.
  • Testing and Analytics: Drive experimentation through continuous testing of campaigns, messaging, promotions and creative formats to fuel channel performance and maintain competitive edge. Deliver growth reports and insights related to channel performance, customer/cohort behavior, and areas of opportunity to inform strategic decision-making. Establish a unified reporting framework across channels, analyzing performance metrics and surfacing insights to inform optimization and strategic pivots.

Requirements:

  • 6 years of experience scaling digital growth at breakout brands ($50M ).
  • Fluent in Meta, Google, TikTok/ TikTok Shop and optimizing dashboards while having managed $250K /month in ad spend.
  • Experience with Klaviyo and Attentive a plus.
  • Shopify Plus experience required.
  • Deep understanding performance creative, full-funnel testing, customer behavior optimization and analytics.
  • Highly independent and relentless about growth, but also able to communicate with other stakeholders to drive results.
  • Salary range $180 – 190K.
  • Thrives in start-up environments — resourceful and able to do the most with the least.
  • Ability to be in a remote working environment. New York/East Coast-preferred.
