An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a busy, independent suburban brasserie with a strong fresh-food focus.

This is a fast-paced operation with a fantastic local reputation, particularly known for its busy weekend brunch trade and high-volume Sunday lunches. The business is independently owned, offering genuine creative freedom and the chance to make a real impact on the food offering.

The Role

  • Lead and develop a small, close-knit kitchen team
  • Drive standards, consistency and kitchen organisation
  • Oversee all aspects of service across brunch, lunch and dinner
  • Create seasonal specials and contribute to menu development
  • Maintain strong GP controls and kitchen compliance
  • Deliver quality fresh food in a high-volume environment

What’s on Offer

  • £14 per hour
  • 45-hour contract
  • Equivalent basic salary of approximately £32,760
  • Plus circa £3,000 tips
  • Plus £2,000 bonus
  • Full menu autonomy
