An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a busy, independent suburban brasserie with a strong fresh-food focus.
This is a fast-paced operation with a fantastic local reputation, particularly known for its busy weekend brunch trade and high-volume Sunday lunches. The business is independently owned, offering genuine creative freedom and the chance to make a real impact on the food offering.
The Role
- Lead and develop a small, close-knit kitchen team
- Drive standards, consistency and kitchen organisation
- Oversee all aspects of service across brunch, lunch and dinner
- Create seasonal specials and contribute to menu development
- Maintain strong GP controls and kitchen compliance
- Deliver quality fresh food in a high-volume environment

- £14 per hour
- 45-hour contract
- Equivalent basic salary of approximately £32,760
- Plus circa £3,000 tips
- Plus £2,000 bonus
