At The Little Gym of Castle Rock , we believe learning should be full of movement, imagination, and fun. We’re looking for enthusiastic instructors who can bring energy, positivity, and a love for working with kids to our amazing community.

Availability needed:
Weekday mornings, Saturday afternoons, and Sundays.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an instructor, you’ll help introduce kids to the serious fun of learning through play in The Little Gym’s unique environment.

You will:

  • Teach incredible classes using our proven curriculum (don’t worry — we’ll train you!)

  • Create a safe, exciting, and encouraging environment where kids can grow, explore, and build confidence

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable experiences for our families

  • Treat every class and every child as if it’s their first day — every single week

  • Help kids discover new skills while celebrating every small victory along the way

You’ll Fit Right In If…

  • You love having fun, giving high-fives, and aren’t afraid to act like a dinosaur when the moment calls for it

  • Kids gravitate toward you — and their parents trust you

  • You naturally bring positive energy wherever you go

  • Helping others feel happy and confident makes your day better

  • You can be playful and silly, but also know when it’s time to focus and get things done

  • A background in child development, physical education, gymnastics, or coaching is a plus (but not required!)
