Requirements

Must have:

– Demonstrate proficiency in Guidewire Ins Suite, fundamental for designing robust and scalable solutions. – Possess strong skills in SQL for efficient data management and analysis. – Show expertise in PC-Rating Management Module for accurate and effective rating processes. – Have experience with Splunk for system monitoring and performance optimization. – Exhibit knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter for smooth policy administration. – Understand Guidewire APD for efficient product definition and management. – Familiarity with Guidewire Ins Suite integration for seamless data exchange. – Experience with PCF for user interface configuration and enhancement. – Proficiency in Gosu scripting for application customization and extension. – Preferably have domain experience in Property & Casualty Insurance. – Multitier experience in Guidewire suites is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of solutions using Guidewire Ins Suite to fulfill business requirements and enhance product capabilities. – Oversee the integration of Guidewire PolicyCenter and other modules to ensure seamless functionality and optimal performance. – Provide technical guidance in SQL and the PC-Rating Management Module to improve data management and reporting processes. – Utilize Splunk for monitoring and analyzing system performance, ensuring high application availability and reliability. – Collaborate with development teams to implement Gosu scripting for customizing and extending Guidewire applications. – Drive the implementation of Guidewire APD to improve product definition and management processes. – Ensure effective use of PCF for configuring user interfaces and enhancing user experience across applications. – Develop strategies for Guidewire Ins Suite integration to facilitate smooth data exchange and interoperability. – Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. – Conduct regular assessments of system architecture to identify areas for improvement and innovation. – Provide mentorship and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work atmosphere. – Engage in ongoing learning to stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in Guidewire technologies. – Contribute to our mission by delivering solutions that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction in the Property & Casualty Insurance sector.
