The Opportunity
This is a rare early-stage role where you own the programs that directly drive revenue. You’ll work alongside the CEO at the center of Clarier’s go-to-market motion — running events, managing community relationships, and ensuring every warm connection is followed up with precision and care.
If you’re energized by being in the room with senior enterprise executives, building community from the ground up, and seeing your work directly convert into customers — this is the role.
What You’ll Own
- Events end to end — executive dinners, roundtables, webinars, and conference presence from concept to follow-up
- Community and ecosystem relationships— keeping Clarier visible and valued within our target peer groups between events
- Warm pipeline operations — CRM ownership, follow-up cadence, and ensuring no relationship goes cold
- Partner coordination — managing ecosystem and channel partner touch points and referral relationships
- Communications — post-event and post-webinar outreach sequences, inbound triage, and CEO communications support
- Social media and content distribution — LinkedIn presence and repurposing content across channels
- Social proof — managing review platform presence and systematically building customer testimonials
What We’re Looking For

3-5 years in a B2B GTM, events, community, or marketing role

Proven experience running B2B events — you know how to fill a room and manage the experience

Polished and credible in person with C-suite and VP-level buyers at enterprise companies

CRM proficiency — comfortable owning pipeline hygiene and follow-up workflows

Strong written communicator — can draft professional outreach and follow-up sequences

Startup or early-stage experience essential — you’re comfortable with ambiguity and own outcomes not just tasks

Financial services, regtech, or compliance-adjacent exposure a plus

Details
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL — in-person role with travel required for events and conferences
Type: Full-time preferred; open to fractional for the right candidate
Compensation: $70,000 base (full-time)
