The Role

We’re hiring a Student Growth Lead to help drive growth across multiple fronts. This is not a traditional internship — it’s a high-ownership role focused on revenue and expansion.

You’ll work directly with the founder and contribute to core growth initiatives.
What You’ll Do

• Identify and research strong-fit brands for outreach
• Support outbound efforts (LinkedIn + email)
• Help book and coordinate intro calls
• Contribute to GTM strategy and positioning tests
• Assist with campus growth initiatives and referral loops
• Propose and execute creative growth experiments

If it drives growth, you’ll have exposure to it.
What We’re Looking For

• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong written communication skills
• Comfortable with outreach and starting conversations
• Organized and self-directed
• Interested in startups, sales, venture, or growth

Previous startup or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
Compensation

• $25–$45/hour (based on experience)
• Commission on revenue you help generate
• No cap on earnings
• Flexible schedule (10–20 hours per week)
