DescriptionSalary 1800 2000 per hour Do you want to work for a company that believes in Team Promises Empowerment Accountability Challenges Rewards Development and Fun We are a residential property management company with more than 6000 units in the Columbus Metro Area and growing We are looking for Experienced Groundskeepers to complete our 5812 Maintenance Team PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Physically walk the community on a regular basis and remove litter trash debris limbs pet droppings etc from grounds breezeways landing common hallways pool area if applicable laundry rooms mail rooms if applicable dumpster areas recreation areas parking lots driveways walkwaysClear sidewalks stoops andor stairwells of snow and ice with use of broom shovel snow blower or other equipment; distribute saltdeicer; plow snow from drivewaysPerform regularly scheduled light checksClean pool may be required to add chemicals depending on state regulationsPerform trash out duties at vacant apartments on a daily basis Remove all abandoned furniture trash andor boxes Remove to dumpster or storage area as assignedTransfer trash left outside of dumpster into dumpster Pick up and sweep areaDetail community on a regular basis Clean and rake shrub areas; shovel mud when necessary Use blower to keep sidewalks and walking areas clean of loose grass andor other debrisRepair andor replace windows screens sliding doors etc Perform routine maintenance as requestedAssist with various physical tasks as directed such as tearing down fences digging holes etcHelp clean and maintain storage areasPerform interior and exterior painting duties when requestedChange locks andor make keys when requestedPerform work area clean up and safety related dutiesPerform any additional duties assigned by supervisorREQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or EquivalentDrivers License and valid car insurancePersonal reliable transportationExcellent communication skills; written and verbalAbility to speak read and write English is preferredBasic computer skills; comfortable with apps and softwareService mentality and a thirst for learningPositive Can Do AttitudeExcellent AttendanceJOB TYPE FULL TIME WHAT WE OFFER Competitive Benefits Package100 premiums paid for basic life insurance accidental death and dismemberment and employee assistance program200 discount on rent in our communities401k match up to 63 weeks PTO for 1st yearEmployer HSA contribution if selected High Deductible medical plan10 paid holidaysBoots and Tools Reimbursement ProgramBonus potentialSCHEDULE Monday Friday8AM 5PMMay need to work overtime
