About The Role Ardurra is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our Corporate Communications Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and execute high-quality visual content that supports internal and external communications efforts. Based either remotely or in one of our office locations in Dallas, TX; Tampa, FL; Raleigh, NC; Charlotte, NC; Knoxville, TN; or Orlando, FL, the Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with the Marketing team, Graphic Design Manager, and Corporate Communications Director. The primary focus is on creating digital-first visual assets that enhance audience engagement, reinforce brand identity, and ensure consistency across all communication channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating messaging into compelling visual stories, supporting multimedia projects, and maintaining brand standards across various platforms including websites, social media, presentations, and print materials. This role demands a creative mindset, strong technical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within the A/E/C industry or a technical, project-based professional services environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva
- Demonstrated ability to design for digital channels such as websites, social media, email campaigns, and presentations
- Basic video editing and motion graphics skills (preferred)
- Strong understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, spacing, and brand consistency
- Experience developing and maintaining templates, branded assets, and shared design resources
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, editing, and proofreading abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Openness to feedback and a flexible, detail-oriented approach to work
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality visual content for internal and external communications, including website graphics, social media visuals, email templates, presentations, signage, and event materials
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate messaging and campaign goals into compelling visual assets
- Support multimedia storytelling through basic video editing, motion graphics, and related visual content creation
- Assist in shaping creative concepts and visual directions for various communications initiatives
- Maintain and enforce brand standards by developing, managing, and updating templates and shared assets
- Coordinate with external vendors, photographers, and other partners to ensure asset quality and timely delivery
- Conduct quality reviews and final checks on deliverables before production or distribution
- Stay updated on current design trends, digital tools, and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled creative solutions
- Support brand initiatives such as branded merchandise and the brand store to strengthen brand recognition
- Organize and manage digital assets to ensure efficient access and asset management practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement of visual communication strategies and tools
