The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing and maintaining the companys visual identity and brand standards across its commercial and residential properties This role creates clear consistent design work for both digital and print supporting marketing efforts at both the corporate and property level in a fast paced deadline driven environment Working closely with the Creative Director Vice President of Marketing & Communications and other team members the Graphic Designer produces materials that communicate ideas effectively support campaigns and ensure branding stays consistent across all channels often managing multiple projects with quick turnaround times Essential Functions Creative Development & Design Conceptualize and design a wide range of collateral including ads brand guidelines postcards brochures newsletters flyers invitations specials signage direct mail and digital assetsProduce consistent high quality brand imagery for corporate and property level useEnsure all creative aligns with brand guidelines and organizational standardsDigital Content & E Communications Design and coordinate e newsletters including layout visual design and distributionSupport development of digital content for websites social media and online campaignsAssist with video web graphics or motion content where applicableProduction & Vendor Management Obtain and Manage relationships with outside printers and production vendors to ensure quality brand alignment and budget adherenceOversee print proofs production specifications and delivery of final materialsSupport in house production needs such as presentations mock ups printing and assemblyAsset Management & Brand Maintenance Maintain organized graphic archives including logos brand assets photography sponsor materials and design filesEnsure consistent application of brand standards across all produced materialsCross Functional Support Collaborate with marketing team members and other departments to support campaigns events and communicationsAssist with additional marketing and creative projects as assignedMeet all deadlines established by the Creative Director and Vice President of MarketingOther Responsibilities Demonstrate company core values consistentlyComplete additional tasks projects and responsibilities as assigned Skills and Experience Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communications or a related field required or combined related experienceMinimum 3 years of graphic design experience with a portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skillStrong conceptual design abilities and a proven ability to translate ideas into compelling visual solutionsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite specifically Photoshop InDesign and Illustrator Mac & and Microsoft suiteWeb designWordPress or video production experience is a plusStrong understanding of print layout development and production processesAbility to manage multiple projects prioritize deadlines and adapt in a fast paced environmentExperience crafting compelling marketing copy for public facing audiencesExperience using Meta Business suite to manage multiple social accounts preferred Competencies Creative thinker with strong visual problem solving aptitudeHighly organized with exceptional attention to detailStrong communicator with collaborative team oriented mindsetAbility to manage multiple deadlines and adapt to shifting prioritiesCommitment to maintaining brand integrity and design qualityWhy This Opportunity is Exciting for You We offer a competitive compensation package including Paid Time Off PTOPaid Holidays401k with Employer MatchHealth Dental Life Insurance and Long Term Disability InsuranceAdditional Information FLSA Status Exempt Full TimeLocation Cleveland Ohio HQ Hybrid roleTravel Up to 5Reports To Creative Director Direct Reports NARequired to work minimum of 2 weekends of events per year About Stark Enterprises Stark Enterprises is a full service real estate development company based in Cleveland Ohio with expertise in acquisition development leasing property management construction architectural design landscape architecture marketing and security We are committed to delivering high quality innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients and communities As an Equal Opportunity Employer Stark Enterprises is dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace We do not discriminate based on race religion color sex gender identity sexual orientation age disability national origin veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law Employment decisions are based on qualifications merit and business need Join us and be part of a forward thinking company that values both its employees and the communities it serves
