What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop and implement data collection protocols and materials, including co-design workshops and interview facilitation
• Lead the recruitment and retention of study participants while fostering engagement with community partners
• Coordinate strategies to translate co-design findings into actionable features for the Produce Path app
• Contribute to grant reports, data briefs, and presentations to disseminate project findings
• Support convenings with local growers, clinical providers, and SNAP consumers to enhance produce prescription programming

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to population health (e.g., public health, community nutrition, sociology, social work)
• Expertise in community-engaged research and program evaluation
• Experience with qualitative research designs and program management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with attention to detail
• Experience facilitating institutional review board applications
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with diverse individuals
