Ready to shape the future of experiential luxury on a global scale? Baillie Lodges and Tierra Hotels, owned by KSL Capital Partners, are entering an ambitious growth phase and seeking a senior executive to lead worldwide business development, acquisitions, and capital projects.

Reporting to the CEO, you will define and execute the company’s global growth strategy, build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, and establish a world-class global M&A team and department to drive local market intelligence and deal execution. You will lead the evaluation, structuring, negotiation, and integration of acquisitions and developments, ensuring alignment with brand standards and long-term financial goals.

You will also oversee major capital projects, including new developments, redevelopments, and property enhancements, collaborating with Finance and Operations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Cultivating relationships with owners, investors, developers, and strategic partners will be key, representing the company in high-level negotiations, joint ventures, and industry forums.

The ideal candidate brings 12–15 years of senior experience in business development, M&A, or capital projects within hospitality, real estate, or related sectors, preferably with private equity exposure. You are a proven dealmaker with strong financial modelling and valuation expertise, experience building global M&A teams, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, international environment. This role requires global travel up to 50 percent.
