KRS Holdings is building something much bigger than a traditional maintenance department.
We are seeking a high-accountability operational leader to help scale Maintenance Medics into a premier Home Services platform supporting one of Virginia’s leading residential property management and real estate investment firms.
This role is designed for a builder.
Someone who:

This is not an office-only leadership position.

Maintenance Medics currently supports recurring residential operations across multiple Virginia markets through an established property management platform with built-in recurring demand.
