General Manager — Home Services Maintenance Medics | KRS Holdings

KRS Holdings is building something much bigger than a traditional maintenance department.

We are seeking a high-accountability operational leader to help scale Maintenance Medics into a premier Home Services platform supporting one of Virginia’s leading residential property management and real estate investment firms.

This role is designed for a builder.

Someone who:

· understands field operations deeply

· enjoys coaching and developing technicians

· and wants to help build a scalable platform with long-term upside.

This is not an office-only leadership position.

The right candidate will be highly engaged in:

· field operations

· dispatch and workflow optimization

· and leadership development.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Maintenance Medics currently supports recurring residential operations across multiple Virginia markets through an established property management platform with built-in recurring demand.

Unlike many traditional home service companies, our operation already benefits from:

WHAT STRONG CANDIDATES USUALLY BRING
